NATURE tea - Sencha green tea

Sencha green tea is the most common tea in Japan. The leaves are subjected to a quick steam bath to stop oxidation, then they are rolled and dried. When produced from Japanese tea plants, its infusion is very green and more bitter. Here, the use of Chinese tea softens its taste, reduces the bitterness and gives it a green-yellow cup.
