apricot brandy

Fully ripe, dark orange apricots are picked by hand and then carefully processed. The resulting mash is distilled in a very gentle process. Then this rough firing is fired a second time to get the desired fine firing. It is important here that only the middle part of the fine brandy is taken, as this brings out the most aromas and the alcohol is best integrated.
