REMOVAL AND STORAGE The grapes for this wine come from the best vineyards in Tattendorf. The grapes are processed very gently and the mash then ferments under optimal conditions in open mash tanks. The wine then comes into 2nd filling barrels and then matures there for 16 months. The wine is only blended after it has been stored for a long time. Cuveé made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% St. Laurent. WINE DESCRIPTION Obvious cuvée from the premium red wine varieties of the thermal region. Fine forest floor notes and clear cherry aromas form a unit, storage in wooden barrels brings harmony and Elegance, almost cool on the palate, fine cut and good length. At and after a good meal.
