Rose Sparkling - Organic

REMOVAL AND STORAGE For this sparkling rose we use Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Tattendorf vineyards. For this purpose, the blue grapes are gently processed and pressed after a short maceration time. This gives us this beautiful color. The must then ferments at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to get the fruitiness. After fermentation, the wine is filtered and bottled as a fruity, dry and drinkable rose frizzante. The special feature of our frizzante is the increased carbon dioxide pressure. We intentionally fill our frizzante with more pressure. The advantage, whether for gastronomy or at home, is that the frizzante can still be open the next day, has enough carbon dioxide and thus guarantees the desired drinking pleasure.
