REMOVAL AND STORAGE The grapes come exclusively from our Rotgipfler sites in Pfaffstätten. In order to preserve the fruitiness typical of the variety and to guarantee drinking pleasure, this wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the Rotgipfler remains on the yeast to become more full-bodied. WINE DESCRIPTION An autochthonous child of the themed region with classic mineral and slightly spicy notes, plus pomaceous fruit and floral hints. Individual and yet very familiar.
