sour liqueur

Fully ripe, dark red sour cherries/cherries from our own organically managed facilities are picked by hand and carefully processed. The sour cherries are pitted, each one by hand, and then placed in a very clean and aged schnapps. Then the schnapps and sour cherries are given enough time. The leached fruits are then removed and the liqueur is filtered once and then carefully bottled. Alcohol content: 20.5% vol Content: 0.375 lt
