REMOVAL AND STORAGE The grapes come from the price vineyard in Pfaffstätten. By processing the grapes very gently, we can fill a very clean must into used barrique barrels. This must then gets a lot of time and ferments at higher fermentation temperatures. We also add about 10% whole berries to the must to create complexity in the wine. The wine then remains on the full yeast until April and is stirred up every 2 weeks. The result is a very full-bodied, strong white wine with a beautiful, varietal fruity nose. WINE DESCRIPTION Medium yellow gold, silver reflections. Delicate hint of vanilla and yellow tropical fruit, plus some peach, fine wood spice. Complex, juicy, creamy touch, delicate melon and caramel, fine fruity sweetness in the finish, sticks well, has definite potential for development.
