REMOVAL AND STORAGE The grapes for this wine come from the best vineyards in Tattendorf. Only a few grapes per vine remain for this wine in order to achieve optimal ripeness. The grapes are processed very gently and the mash then ferments under optimal conditions in open mash tanks. The wine then comes into 2nd filling barrels and then matures there for 16 months. WINE DESCRIPTION A hint of wood under the ripe berry aromas, plus some vanilla and a hint of chocolate, always polished despite strong fruit and noticeable backbone, slightly fleshy, long finish. Austria's most cultivated red wine variety is also at home in the premium segment.
