When we check the ripeness of our grapes shortly before the harvest, we always find them, the cheeky early ripeners who throw at you: “I’d be ready then, take me with you!”. In the fall of 2020, we did just that. From our Siefersheimer Spätburgunder, we hand-picked the most beautiful pieces. The later grapes are still slumbering as red wine in barrique and stainless steel, but this is what they wanted: You may enjoy them one summer earlier, as a fresh and juicy Pinot Noir Rosé. Fruity and gentle, hardly a trace of cheeky. Light wild berry notes give red fruits a hand and combine with subtle tart notes to a strong body, so that the rosé perfectly accompanies light dishes. It is even better only solo, on balmy evenings in the hammock. Alcohol: 12.0%vol Acid: 6g/l Sugar: 5.6g/l vegan contains sulfites natural cork closure
