The organic wine estate Heinz Pfaffmann from Walsheim in the Palatinate stands for passion for organic wine cultivation and a sound background of knowledge of no less than 400 years. The family business relies on a sustainable interplay of tradition and modernity: a wealth of experience built up over many years meets innovative cultivation and production methods.
The sustainable approach is continuously pursued at our winery with great consistency: The use of herbicides is uncompromisingly avoided on the entire cultivation area of the Bioland-certified winery, and no animal products are used in the processing. So since 2016, all wine production processes at Heinz Pfaffmann have been completely organic and vegan.
