2021 Cuvée Rosé

This cuvée is created from the juice extraction "French: Saigner" during red wine production. The red wines become denser and more intense in color by reducing the juice content. The short contact time between the extracted juice and the mash results in a salmon-colored rosé with a multi-faceted aroma. Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Noir and St. Laurent 11.5% vol.
