PRELUDE liqueur wine reserve

Port wine (port. Vinho do Porto) is a red, rarely white, sweet wine with an alcohol content of about 20% vol. It comes from the Alto Douro region in the Portuguese Douro Valley, named after the port city of Porto. The fine port wines mature for years in oak barrels, which gives them a softer texture and a more intense taste. The basis for our port wine is our flagship wine, the Cabernet Edition Ökonomierat. This wine matured for 48 months in old barriques, which means that it is not dominated by wood, but rather develops gentle notes of maturity. With our organic alcohol at 20% vol. It has a strong character that combines aromas of dark fruits, dark chocolate, acacia honey and a hint of tobacco with a subtle wood note. Each bottle is filled by hand and with great care.
