At the Hauck winery, the Hauck family and their team have dedicated their heart, hands and mind to wine in order to create authentic wines with individual character in their daily work.
The vines grow on clay and loess-rich soils interspersed with limestone in the heart of Rheinhessen, at lofty heights of up to 262m above sea level. Here we produce wines with fruit and minerality, with balance and finesse.
The focus is on the classic white Burgundy grape varieties such as Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, complemented by Silvaner and Riesling. Curiosity and a spirit of experimentation also lead to the cultivation of exotic varieties such as Auxerrois or Albariño. Among the red grape varieties, the focus is on Pinot Noir, St. Laurent, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
