WEINKELLEREI WEINKÖNIG GmbH was founded in 1978 in Koblenz am Rhein.
What was initially thought of as a WINERY for bottling alcoholic wine and sparkling wine products, as well as trading in wine, sparkling wine, spirits, fruit juices and wine accessories, became the foundation stone for today's NON-ALCOHOLIC winery Weinkönig.
Since then, the company has gradually specialized in the marketing of non-alcoholic wines. There are now 19 different non-alcoholic wines and sparkling products that are marketed nationally and internationally, including in the South Pacific region.
It is not easy to produce a good non-alcoholic wine, as only carefully selected wines produce a quality suitable for dealcoholization.
Not only German wines from small and medium-sized wineries and winegrowers are taken over, but also imported wines (from conventional and organic cultivation) in order to be able to offer ""first-class DROPFEN"" at competitive prices.
The Weinkönig winery is ecologically controlled by ECOCERT IMO GmbH, 78409 Konstanz. Organic control body: DE -ÖKO-005- EU agriculture
At the end of 2011, the management and the company were handed over to the long-standing executives Mrs. Petra Vurucu and Mr. Roland Hobernik.
The two new managing directors, who have been working for the "Weinkönig" for years, have been able to gain all the experience they need, acquire the company know-how and are the guarantor for the high-quality premium quality of the non-alcoholic Weinkönig products that has been introduced since 2007.
