We, Eike-Marie and Kristina, are behind the modern self-care brand WERT-iCH. Two friends who know the sometimes crazy everyday life between family, job and everything else that comes up only too well. For a long time we were trapped in our hamster wheel and ran so fast that we exhausted ourselves and sometimes didn't have an open view of the world anymore. With the birth of our children (they are 3 and 6 respectively), we turned our value system upside down and asked ourselves the question of meaning in many things we do.
With the founding of WERT-iCH we have fulfilled a dream. Now we can devote ourselves every day to a topic that we are passionate about. Our first baby is the soul food box. The soul food box stands for real self-care. This does not mean a lifestyle-like gyrating around oneself, but the loving, sincere care for oneself that we sometimes forget in everyday life.
