It's pretty straight. The attack is fresh with a slight sweetness. Then we have a refreshing bitterness that appears followed by fruity and floral notes. The mid-palate has a nice umami and a sweetness that is still coating. The finish is short, dry, straight, with a floral sensation. This sake is very straightforward in its style, very direct.
