WIKEEPS is the French pioneer in wine conservation.
His first Patent on still wines dates from 2012. It addresses a system of service, aeration, filtration and conservation of wine.
It uses an oenological gas composed of Argon and CO2 to "inert" (a winemaking process which consists of preventing air from coming into contact with the wine during maturation) the opened bottle and thus preserve it for 3 to 4 weeks.
