If you have the same references as us, the same retro culture that inspires you…. Here are some ways to decode our favorite: STYLE: Vintage Racing. The vintage GP motorcycle jacket, I think that was the starting point. We have always been fascinated by these multi-colored leather jackets with large stitched logos. Remember, these colored inserts were often decorated with large logos embroidered or applied in contrast to the colors of the essential sponsors of the time: MARLBORO, LUCKY STRIKE, or CASTROL... A whole symbolism of the time which no longer exists today but which made us nostalgic, and which we wanted to transcribe, one way or another. THE COLORS: well obviously, the vintage style, the seventies, if you know us, that’s our thing. The Mac Queen style, or even more for those in the know, the super stylish look of the heroine Julie Wood, is clearly what inspired us. Mixing the Vintage Racing style with the seventies colors and the chrome style of the time was the challenge. VSgives a two-tone jacket, khaki and cream, or orange and blue, with some logos applied in a contrasting color. A chromic trio that made us wildly indecisive, and led to intense debates! THE CUT: a feminine cut was obviously necessary, because even if this jacket is inspired by period GP jackets, these were masculine, wide and imperfect for a female body type. So we went to dig into another favorite world made in Wildust: the Wild West and good old cowgirl jackets. The fitted cut and the stars in stitching on the sleeves and back are clearly inherited from this Western universe. Like the cowboy boots and star belt buckles, we couldn't resist sprucing up this jacket with a neo-country look that took us so far! Made of cowhide, it is supple and robust at the same time. A satin lining provides the necessary thermal comfort and the jacket has an interior pocket, a central zip and a pilot collar with snap. 2 zipped pockets on the front, and two zips on the sleeves, for greater ease. We were going to forget the most important thing. She is beautiful: YES BUT! In addition to being absolutely hot, it's also a motorcycle jacket. VSThis means that YES, you can insert motorcycle protection inside. A back pocket, 2 pockets for shoulder protectors, and 2 pockets for elbow protectors are integrated into the lining.
