Novak Syrah Copceac

A true rebel from southern Moldavia, an alliance born of syrah and copceac, dark pomegranate in color, the aroma intrigues you with earthy notes of oriental spices, cannabis, moving gently to overripe cherry with a trail of dried herbs. The second nose of aronia with nuances of tobacco, pepper and freshly roasted coffee beans, freshly picked red beet root. The flavor overflows with sweet prune, cranberry, aronia, blackthorn with a bitterness of burnt stone, black cherry and velvet-wrapping tannins. Medium acidity and body. The aftertaste is black peppery, slightly earthy and mineral. A wild one to discover 🍷
