Yarden Chardonnay Odem 2022 (Rabbi Avraham Oyerbach) - Vineyard: Odem, in the northern Golan Heights, at an altitude of nearly 1,200 meters. -Vinification: The wine ferments and ages on lees in French oak barrels for seven months. -Tasting Note: Lush Bosc pear, nashi pear, lemon and tropical fruits with mineral and floral notes, all on a background of French oak. A balance between intensity of flavors and elegance of tasting, this full-bodied wine presents a long and satisfying finish. -Aging Potential: Ready to enjoy upon release, the wine continues to improve in the bottle for approximately three years, and remains in excellent drinking condition for up to eight years after the vintage.
