Handcrafted - Small Batch Gin - 42% Green Valtellina Fruity, fresh and lively with aromas of green apple, apricot and pink berry. And what shouldn't be missing with the Grüner Veltliner is the typical "Pefferl" in the finish. Sounds like a crazy idea. Take three varieties of our Winzinger wines and distil them to create gin. Our friends at Monk Distillery made it possible. What emerged are distillates from rye and wine, coordinated with botanicals that additionally support the notes of the wine.
