The sweetening power corresponds to around 70% of the sweetening power of sugar, so you may want to adjust the amounts when using it: 1 g of powdered erythritol corresponds to approx. 

0.7g powdered sugar. 

Erythritol is also called erythritol and is the optimal calorie-free sugar alternative made from natural raw materials.
