Founded in 2014 by Yann Yvé, Yannyve was born from a passion for the sea and its treasures. Yann Yvé, originally from Briochin, has always been fascinated by algae and sea salt. After studying international business and traveling extensively, Yann brought back exotic spices from all over the world. He then decided to create unique blends that awaken the senses and enrich everyday cooking. Our products are handmade in our laboratory located in the magnificent Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, guaranteeing exceptional artisanal quality.Welcome to the little story, Yann Yvé, originally from Briochin, is naturally passionate about the sea and its products, mainly algae and sea salt. After studying international business and a few trips later, he brought back spices from around the world in his luggage. Fish stock, vegetable stock, pasta or rice stock, butcher's spice mix, pirate grain spice mix, Guérande salt with 5 algae or lemon, all these preparations will flavor your daily dishes. His recipes, all personal, are prepared by hand in an artisanal manner in his laboratory in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel. Each blend has its own story and appeals to amateur and professional cooks.
