Biphasic Eye and Lip Remover

Biphasic makeup remover for eyes and lips (dual use). No oils, no fragrances, no alcohol. Shake before use. How to use: Shake and apply generously to the surface of the lips and eyes with the help of a cotton pad or wipe. Biphasic remover, a solution consisting of two phases, one aqueous and the other oily, with highly emollient-free, highly absorbent emollients. Effectively removes long-lasting, waterproof eye and lip makeup. For directions for use, it is recommended to shake the product to activate both phases of the formula. Apply with a cotton ball to eyelids, eyelashes, and lips until all traces of long-lasting, waterproof makeup are completely removed. For the eyes, it is advisable to first apply cotton to the closed eye for 5 seconds to facilitate makeup removal.
