We define ourselves, me and my wife, as “roasters of Breton alternatives”.
Our leitmotif is to offer alternatives, particularly to coffee, from organic peasant production and the five Breton departments.
We offer Orgé, barley malt, Kofé, with einkorn, Caffè d'Orzo, Italy's favorite drink, and with all that, we have created our subtle blend, Kofé 532 which we have the chance to introduce summer 2023 to Vieilles Charrues in Carhaix (29).
All these roasted drinks can be used in all types of coffee makers.
We also make an alternative to tea, Sobacha, an infusion of buckwheat seeds, based on a Japanese-inspired recipe.
To drink hot, iced, seeds can also be used in cooking.
A happy discovery for the taste buds as well as for the cells!
