Kofé roasted white lupine AB 200g

The inspiration for our Kofé Lupine Blanc recipe came from across the Rhine, from a favorite drink of Germans wanting to consume local and organic.                                        We offer you its version from a peasant and Breton sector.  White lupine “coffee” (its flower), known as sweet lupine, offers a “bittersweet” alternative.                                        The first notes will be those of the legume in its roundness and strength, then a chocolatey length with hazelnut aromas will appear.  Delicious and surprising, this drink will do you good….                                        Without caffeine or acidity and known for its digestive properties, white lupine is an important source of protein (38%) and minerals.
