It was made in the heart of the volcanoes of Auvergne with organic plants, some of which were picked in the wild (Ronce, Nettle) 🌿 This herbal tea was lovingly crafted especially for Yogamatata by our two fantastic partners: Amaya, creator of the organic herbal tea brand Happy Plantes, was in charge of creating the Yogamatata herbal teas, Valentine Lodato, Ayurveda therapist and co-founder of Center Sésam, was responsible for formulating our Ayurvedic herbal teas Warming and energizing, this spicy infusion is designed to balance the Kapha dosha. In connection with our immunity, Kapha is the force behind all growth and brings stability and solidity. Balanced, it ensures stability and anchoring. Thanks to the warming and stimulating properties of ginger and black pepper, this infusion brings dynamism and more lightness in the body as well as in the mind. The association of these two spices with Tulsi, hibiscus, bramble, lemon and nettle offers a mixture adapted to Kapha and ensures the proper functioning of Agni, our digestive fire. Preparation instructions: 1 to 2 teaspoons in 200ml of water at 85°c, infuse 7 to 10 min. Herbal tea shipped in an eco-responsible Bio Futura kraft bag. Stir well before use to mix the plants harmoniously. We advise you to empty and keep the contents of the kraft bag in a pretty glass box with a lid!
