Raw honey with anise & fennel 300g

So Orestis keeps it for at least 3 months in his workshop, the time that it matures properly and adopts its caramelized and gingerbread notes. Without a doubt, it will make you fall back into childhood. Unheated, honey retains its particular antioxidant and microbial properties. Store away from light and heat. Crystallization is a normal process of honey.
