You’ve Got Pen On Your Face founder, Frankie Nicholas, started the brand’s journey in Russia in 2016. Frankie illustrated a small collection of greeting cards, which made their first step onto the retail scene on the shelves of a few independent shops in Moscow.

In the years since, Frankie and her family have relocated to Pembrokeshire, UK, where she continues to illustrate an ever-growing collection of greeting cards, gift wrap and art prints. Now, the paper products from YGPOYF are stocked in over 150 shops worldwide.

In 2022 Frankie’s husband, Tom joined the team, turning YGPOYF into a fully fledged family business.

Customers describe Frankie’s designs as ‘quirky’ and ‘edgy’, referring to the significant amount of puns, cheeky humour and a love of all things retro. Her signature illustration style for the greeting cards, wrapping paper and home decor prints stands out among the competitors, a completely unique offering.

Their designs are bold and fun, sentimental and sometimes sweet and always with the aim of making you laugh.
