The Zapy Store is run by Dutchie Ana, so we needed a name that captures both the Dutch and English side of her life.
Zeep (pronounced as zape, not zeap) is the Dutch word for soap. A 'zeepje' is a little soap, which makes Zapy a pet name for our li'l soaps.
That's where the name Zapy comes from, it's our Englified word for 'little soap'.
