How is it made?
Through the combination of fruit and wine, ZEST is matured with alcohol and spices, until the fruits express all their flavors.
What are the ingredients ?
White wine, fruit, alcohol, spices, sugar and lots of love.
All our ingredients are from organic farming and 100% natural.
How is it consumed?
Preferably chilled, at every festive moment, in a cocktail or on its own.

Our artisanal production is based in Menton (06), the citrus capital. It is in the middle of the fruit trees that our precious drink is assembled and refined. We work by respecting the seasonality of our raw materials and thus produce 1 cuvée each year (in the spring).
With fruits harvested on site and directly worked, ZEST is in the best conditions to restore the aromatic power of citrus fruits, mixed with wine and spices.
