How is it made?
Through the combination of fruit and wine, ZEST is matured with alcohol and spices, allowing the fruit to express all its flavors.
What are the ingredients?
White wine, fruit, alcohol, spices, sugar and lots of love.
All our ingredients are from organic farming and 100% natural.
How is it consumed?
Preferably fresh, at every festive moment, in a cocktail or au naturel.

Our artisanal production is based in Menton (06), the citrus capital. It is among the fruit trees that our precious drink is assembled and refined. We work while respecting the seasonality of our raw materials and thus produce 1 vintage each year (in spring).
With fruits harvested on site and processed directly, ZEST is in the best conditions to restore the aromatic power of citrus fruits, mixed with wine and spices.
