CHELCHELE

Chelbessa coffee is grown in the Gedeo region of Ethiopia. It meets fine taste requirements and comes from a natural environment rich in the Yirgacheffe appellation. Reserved for the production of low volumes for high perceived quality, it only covers a restricted area. The said name refers to the town of Yirgacheffe, a town of several tens of thousands of inhabitants. Tasting reveals lovely notes of mandarin, lime, jasmine and honey.
