EL MANZANO

This coffee comes from Emilio's flagship farm, El Manzano, whose plantation is 90% red bourbon. The coffee processing plant is installed on the farm, allowing very rapid drying of the cherries ensuring that all their freshness is preserved. A great fan of washed coffee, Emilio reserves part of his harvest for natural drying, bringing all his standards and expertise to it. This red bourbon produced using natural drying methods offers a balanced and very fruity cup with sweet notes of pineapple, coconut and passion fruit.
