The IPA (Alc. 6.8% vol) from the Zwönitz Brewery is produced using a traditional dry-hopping process, which allows the hop aroma to emerge even more strongly. The Zwönitzer India Pale Ale uses, among other things, the aroma hop Citra from the USA to give the beer a fruity flavor. In the glass, the India Pale Ale reveals its golden yellow color, and the aroma is reminiscent of dried fruit. In the mouth, the India Pale Ale is very lively, with aromas of apricot and a barely noticeable caramel sweetness. These flavors interplay with a very balanced bitterness on the finish.
