Slightly spicy and bitter, typical of the Picual variety, with hints of freshly cut grass and fruit. Medium fruity of green and ripe olives. They remind us of green pepper, fig, mint, apple, artichoke, tomato and banana peel. Aroma: Its aroma is exceptionally intense on the nose, highlighting its vegetal notes that present an intense fruitiness of green grass and fresh wood, a slight smell of alloza, apple and fig tree. Stability: Very high (116.4 h at 98º, on average)
