Symbol of Nantes heritage, the LU Tower, named after Jean-Romain Lefèvre and his wife Isabelle Utile, famous Nantes biscuit makers, has housed a cultural center since the end of the 90s: the Lieu Unique. Built in an Art Nouveau style from 1905, after the war only one of the 2 towers erected by the architect Auguste Bluysen remained.
