Organic wild thistles in oil

Wild thistles are harvested by hand in the Sardinian countryside. Coming exclusively from a certified organic harvest, they are processed fresh following the ancient local recipe with care. The wild thistle Ayo' preserved in sunflower oil without any added seasoning preserves the typical strong and decisive taste of the plant. They are delicious both as an appetizer and in the kitchen to enhance and ennoble fine roast meats.
