An oil with an intense fruity, golden yellow color with light green hues. Characterized by a full and enveloping scent rich in hints of fresh grass and leaves. On the palate it has a large vegetal charge, with nuances of artichoke and wild thistle, chicory and lettuce. Strong bitterness and pungency, but balanced.
