Harvested at the beginning of summer, the garlic cloves are boiled in order to lose their acidity and thus take on a “harmless” character. They are then left to marinate, as desired, in olive oil with a mixture of aromatic herbs, tapenade or with other “encurtidos”. Their texture is crunchy, crunchy and their flavor is incredibly sweet, sweet and above all “que no se repite” (which cannot be repeated!) They are eaten as an aperitif - Yes!If! -and therefore leave an intact palate. Dare, taste and amaze your guests!
