All three of them passionate about beer, after brewing training more than 2 years ago in Douai and Nancy, they launched themselves by investing in professional Belgian equipment and creating the Brasserie La déjantée in Pernes Les Fontaines.
The first brew was released in October 2016 and after several months of development they released their first beer, an IPA: the “3 Barjes” vintage.
Why the Cuvée des 3 barjes? because you have to be a little creative to launch a craft beer in a region where wine is king!
Since then, 4 other beers have been born: a white, the “Avalanche” vintage, a triple, the “Les Culs-bénits” vintage, a blonde, the “SMASH” vintage and an amber, the “Simply Red” vintage.
The guiding idea of the project is the desire to make tasty craft beers known to as many people as possible.
To avoid confusing consumers accustomed to tasting wine, each beer will be created as a vintage.

All our beers are top-fermented beers brewed in an artisanal way in Pernes les Fontaines (Vaucluse).
