The dough, soft and well honeycombed, is characterized by the presence of cubes of pistachio paste and sugar, and a coating of white chocolate and chopped pistachios. After a long leavening, an hour of cooking and a good 24 hours of resting upside down, the Bronte Dolci Pistachio Colomba is born, which in this version does not have cream in the filling but is packaged with a jar of pistachio cream with 40% natural pistachio.
