It is a coffee with a lot of personality, intense, very aromatic, smooth and clean on the palate.  With a delicious flavor profile, notes of nuts, mandarin and dark chocolate, slightly spicy, with excellent acidity.   Ethiopia Mocca Sidamo coffee is spectacular to enjoy preparing it with any method.  Try it filtered to appreciate its fruity notes and delight in its aroma, or in espresso to fall in love with its just right point of acidity, which will make you an unconditional fan.  Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, from where it spread to the rest of the world.  Even today, wild coffee trees grow in the forested areas near Kaffa, the city that gave rise to the word coffee.  Mocha is the Yemeni port on the Red Sea where Ethiopian coffee has been shipped to Europe since the 19th century.  XV.  Sidamo is one of the Ethiopian coffee varieties and is also the region of origin of our coffee, in the south of the country.  Throughout its Rift Valley this variety is grown at 1.800m, in the high altitude tropical climate of the Highlands.  They are small organic crops in which coffee grower cooperatives use traditional means, harvesting by hand, washing the beans with water and letting them dry in the sun, an essential condition for this coffee to be classified as Washed Special, the best quality in the country.  Toasting type: Medium Aroma: medium-high Body: medium-high Acidity: medium 4 grinds available: Coffee for espresso machine, Coffee for Italian coffee machine, coffee for filter coffee machine and coffee beans.
