We grow our chillies in the UK, Spain and Rwanda and import directly to ourselves in the UK. Because it’s an ethical supply chain, we have full traceability and have never received fresher, better looking chillies. We have a close relationship with all our growers and are very proud to be working together with all our suppliers.The salt we use is a pure unadulterated sea salt, no iodine or anti caking agents involved. The vinegar is from an established UK producer also based in Hampshire. A top quality cider vinegar, it often still contains the ‘mother’ of vinegar. Above all, it contains no sulphites or additives and is fruity and flavourful. At 6% acidity, there are no harsh acids here.
