Datxa kombucha is a brand of kombucha launched in the Basque Country which seeks to reveal all the power of fermentation.
We have created an organic kombucha without alcohol, lightly sweetened, unfiltered and unpasteurized, refreshing and naturally sparkling, made from carefully selected teas or infusions.
We mature our kombucha cultures in a multitude of small glass vats, without adding artificial CO2, to preserve the taste and benefits of artisanal Kombucha.
