Preparation based on chestnut honey harvested in the Périgord noir and homemade black garlic by Haikara. Limited edition numbered in collaboration with Haikara. The fruity sweetness of black garlic - with a balsamic flavor for some, licorice or prune for others - combines with the malty and woody notes of chestnut honey. Like a chutney, this preparation accompanies meats, fish, foie gras and cheeses as a topping or lacquering at the end of cooking.
