Our Dry Tomato is the result of a careful selection of plum tomatoes, at the right point of ripeness, without bumps or damaged parts, and the application of the traditional process: they are exposed to the sun and air with a sprinkling of salt. ONLY SUN AND SALT. The smell, together with the natural color and texture, are a pleasure for the senses.
