The nose: Intense and persistent first nose of juniper and exotic fruits. Second nose: Beautiful persistence of aromas over time, evolution towards fresher and floral notes. In the mouth: Frank attack of juniper and coriander but without brutality, slightly spicy whose effect dissipates quickly (impact of the seed of paradise) The roundness brings notes of toffee. An intense end of the mouth in juniper and a little bitter (due to the angelica). The retro olfaction varies according to the person between cinnamon and more floral or even mineral notes. The whole is characterized by aromatic power as well as intensity over time on the palate. The cloudy tint is linked to the essential oils of the plants used during the distillation. 70cl 40% vol.
