The organic extra virgin olive oil is obtained from organically managed olive groves between the Douro and Torto valleys. The particular microclimate of the region and the varieties adapted to the Douro soils make it possible to obtain authentic olive oils with unique organoleptic characteristics. The olive varieties used are: Madural Cobrancosa Cordovil The extraction process is cold, at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. At the end of production, decantation takes place (around 2 to 3 months). We are talking about excellent olive oil from Portugal, which has won multiple awards - a true dream for all olive oil connoisseurs!
