Gluten-free chestnut shortbread + 65% dark chocolate

Here are Flagrant Délice's "signature" biscuits: shortbread shaped by hand in the shape of a chestnut, and partially coated with 65% cocoa dark chocolate from Peru. The production of these shortbreads being completely artisanal, you can find small and large chestnuts, thicker or rounder chestnuts in the same bag... like in nature! Chestnut flour gives a little “hazelnut” taste to these shortbreads. No flour containing gluten is used in the workshop.    Noticed: Useful information on the label (ingredients...)are mentioned in French and Dutch.
