70% Organic San MartÏn Complex Dark Chocolate

Macondo's 70% "San MartÏn Complex" dark chocolate is produced in Peru and is the result of Fair Trade. This organic chocolate has a complex taste, as expressed by its name. The aftertaste of milk cream and fresh fruit predominates. On the palate there is a pleasant acidic hint. The Macondo cooperative was founded in Palermo in 1993 and over time became one of the main centers for the importation of fair trade products in Sicily.
